The main character, Cid Kagenou, is overpowered, so when he unleashes his power, it looks like a painting. The animator has done a great job in making this fine anime.

From pretending to be an average student by day to ruthlessly thrashing biker gangs by night, Minoru Kagenou’s fixation on becoming strong is rooted in blending in rather than standing out. It is an underrated anime that showcases fluid action sequences, vibrant colors, and detailed character designs. The animation fluently captures the intense and often violent nature of the story, enhancing the overall viewing experience. However, one drawback is that the anime’s ending did not match the manga, so manga fans may not like that. But overall, everything looks good, and it’s definitely worth watching.

The fighting scenes were visually striking and vibrant, making you wonder how they managed to pull it off at that time. It was ahead of its time, evident when comparing Naruto with other anime of that era. The animation improved significantly in Naruto Shippuden, which started airing in 2007. The animation in Naruto Shippuden is top-notch, vibrant, with fluid character movements that are just stunning. You would also notice that the animation in normal episodes is generally less impressive than those with action sequences, as more effort and resources are invested in those moments.
