Hi, I am Madao. It’s not my real name; it’s a pen name. I upload all my posts under this name. Why a pen name? Because I believe it creates a unique voice and a mysterious persona. Plus, the name Madao is funny and cool. I’m also a little shy about mentioning my real name, but maybe I’ll do so once I gain enough confidence.

The name Madao is taken from the anime Gintama, where it is a nickname given to Taizou Hasegawa by Kagura. Hasegawa is one of my favorite characters, and I took the name from there.

I have been watching anime for quite a long time; I don’t even remember when I started. My favorite anime is Naruto because it was the first anime I ever watched. Naruto has a special place in my heart. I’ve noticed that most anime fans just watch trending anime, and the ones released in the past don’t get enough attention nowadays. I want to recommend all good anime, whether released in the present or the past. That’s the main purpose of this site. I will also post anime viewing guides for the series I’ve watched. I’m trying to keep the viewing guides as simple as possible because the guides available on the internet are a bit complicated, so a simple viewing guide might be helpful for fellow anime watchers.
